We are able to supply end-user customers in the United Kingdom mainland plus the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Anglesey, and the Isles of Arran, Jura, Islay, Mull and Skye only. We may delete data, change product information including prices, add and remove website functionality at any time without notice. Since many aspects of website availability are outside our control, we cannot guarantee our website will always be available when you want to use it.
Your view of the colour of a cabinet may differ depending on which computer you use, and we cannot guarantee that the finish will be the same as it appears on your computer. We recommend that you request a sample of the finish you are considering before ordering.
Our website allows you to offer to purchase a particular kitchen with myKitchen.uk.com Ltd. When you make your offer, you also pay one third of the price of your planned kitchen.
Your offer does not become an order unless and until we agree to supply your chosen kitchen to you. There is no contract of sale until we accept your offer. If we decline your offer we will refund your payment.
English law requires that we allow you a seven working day cooling off period starting the day after you place your order. Consequently we will wait seven days before commencing manufacture.
Payment is taken in full on placement of order. This is because we manufacture your items specifically for you.
If you wish to cancel your order during the seven day cooling off period, you must write to us or email (details are on the contact page) before the end of the period. We will refund your payment.
We will contact you to arrange a delivery date. If we need to change that date, we will contact you. If you need to re-arrange the delivery date, you must contact us not less than two working days before the agreed date.
We will only deliver to the address of the credit card you used when you placed your order.
We will not be able to deliver your kitchen if you have not paid for it in full. You must be available at the agreed delivery address on the agreed delivery date and within the times given.
If we are unable to deliver your kitchen because funds have not cleared in time or if we attempt delivery and can find no-one present at the delivery address to receive the goods, we reserve the right to raise charges for storing your kitchen and for re-delivery.
We don't substitute goods, you get what you order.
Due refund payment will be made within thirty calendar days.
Please take great care to check your order when it arrives. Check the quantities are correct, and that you have received what you ordered. Every item on your order is listed, we suggest you check it off with the driver.
Once you have accepted delivery you have three working days to notify us, in writing, of any defective items or any that don't match their description. Differences in colour between the actual item and that displayed on the website are not acceptable reasons for return. You must take care of any items we approve for return and make the items available at the agreed time. Subject to these conditions, exchange is free of charge.

A catastrophic event such as a terrorist attack, a major fire at our factory, or a declaration of war by the United Kingdom that affects our ability to fulfil our contract with you cancels our contract.
